Archiving Catalogs in Darkroom Core

Archiving a Catalog

If you would like to make a backup of a catalog you can archive the catalog.

Once you archive the catalog it will give you an option to remove the catalog or keep it in your photo library.

If you remove the catalog, you still have an option to unarchive the catalog at a later date.

If you are archiving for backup purposes it is a good idea to archive to a different hard drive for redundancy in the case of disk failure.
