Event Management

Event Management

Event management is device based, not cloud-based. All events must be created and managed on the device itself. Events appear in order of date and can be archived, edited, deleted or started.

1) Events (Empty)

When you first start with the app, there are no events. Press the 'Create Event' button to create an event.

2) Events

Any events within the app will be added to the Event List screen. The events are sorted by event date, from newest to oldest, with any events on today's date being highlighted in a different color.

You can edit, archive, delete and start an event with the buttons to the right of the event date.

3) Event Information

To view event information click on the event name. This screen shows some key data about the event, including the number of sessions and shares, as well as an option to ‘Edit Event Settings’ or ‘Export Event Data’.

4) View Archived Events

Once an event is archived by pressing the archive button, it disappears from the events list. To view the archived events, tap the 'Event List' heading. It will drop down a list where you can then tap on archived events.

Switch back to the main events screen by pressing the drop-down at the top. To un-archive an event, press the 'Archive' button next to the event date again.

5) Delete Event

Once you press the delete button, the app will confirm whether you wish to delete the event. You must press 'Ok' to confirm the deletion. Deleting an event will remove it completely from the event list, data will only be available from your synced storage drive.
