Pre-Event Check List

Once you have configured your event settings, you're ready to launch your event.

Launching an event is simple.

1. Press Start

On the event, press the green start button text.

2. Pre-Start Check

Once you press the green start button, the app does a quick list to make sure your iPad is ready for the event, including:

  • Battery Level.
  • Storage Space.
  • WiFi Connection.
  • Mobile Data Connection.
  • Guided Access Mode.

Guided Access Mode

To enable and set up Guided Access Mode on your iPad:

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap on General.
  3. Tap on Accessibility.
  4. Tap on Guided Access under the Learning section.
  5. Tap the switch to turn on Guided Access.
  6. Tap on Passcode Settings.
  7. Tap Set Guided Access Passcode and set a passcode.
  8. Toggle Accessibility Shortcut to On, which allows you to triple-click the Home button and enter Guided Access at any time.

Once enabled on your iPad, triple-click the Home button from the app to start Guided Access Mode.

To exit Guided Access Mode, triple-click the Home button to end.
