Advanced Troubleshooting Steps.

If your computer is still not recognizing your dongle please follow the steps below.
1. With the dongle unplugged, use the installer to remove the Dongle driver. You may need to use it twice to get the option to remove.
2. Then restart your PC and use the same installer to reinstall the driver.
3. Then plug in your dongle and test. The PC should then recognize the dongle.

Issues installing on Windows 11

Installation steps:

1. Download the package (Sentinel System Driver_x64_Files.zip)
2. Unzip it and copy the package on the target machine at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel (you might need to create the folder "Safenet Sentinel");
3. connect the Sentinel USB dongle
4. Open Windows Device Manager
5. Locate the "Safenet USB SuperPro/UltraPro" device in "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" OR "Unknown device" if no previous Sentinel Driver was installed.
6. Right click to display the device "Properties".
7. Go the "Driver" tab, select the button "Update Driver" and "Browse my computer for driver software".
8. Point the search to the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel"
9. The "SNTUSB64.INF" will be detected, and new version of SNTUSB64.SYS will be pushed to "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\"
10. Then just disconnect and reconnect the key;
11.find the "SafeNet USB SuperPro/UltraPro" device in "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" -> right click on "Properties" and go to "Driver" Tab.
Now the Driver version should display version 7.6.0.0.
