This screen is to set the sharing options for each photo session. If you have not purchased Darkroom Booth Pro, the only sharing options available to you will be email (with limited functions) and AirDrop.
Options:
Enable Email Sharing (enable/disable)
This is a paid feature. You must unlock Darkroom Booth Pro to access these features.
Enter your Email From name. For example, “Your Photobooth Co”.

Note: You also MUST set up a Custom SMTP Server to change the Email From Name.

Enter your Reply-To email address. If your guests choose to share their images via email, they can respond to the message and you will receive it at your chosen address.

To change the Email From and Reply-To Name you MUST configure your own SMTP server.
When you press on ‘not configured’, you will be taken to the Configure SMTP Server page.
Options:
Host - Your SMTP server name
Port - Your SMTP server port
Username - Your email username
Enable SSL (enable/disable)
Password - The password you use for your email account
Email Address - as above
Send Test Email - Enter an email address to send the test email address to
You will see a green message with "The SMTP server successfully configured".
You will receive an email to the Send Test Email address with the subject "Custom SMTP Success".
You will see a red message with "The SMTP server recorded an error code xxx".
If you get this message, there is something wrong with the SMTP details entered.
Check your settings and try again.
Enter an email address which will be BCC’d into every email where an image is shared. This is beneficial for the purpose of collecting email addresses.

Note: enabling BCC will open a text box where you enter your email address
Select what attachments you would like users to be able to send.
Options:
Send GIFs (enable/disable)
Send MP4s (enable/disable)
Enter your email subject. For example: “Your photo!”.

Enter your email body. For example: “Your photo is attached. Want to hire our photo booths for your event? Visit example.org”

To set up text messaging/SMS within the Darkroom Booth app, you will need to have either a MessageBird or Twilio account.
We suggest you set the SMS Configuration in your Master Settings within the app. Full information on how to set up text messages can be found here.

Choose whether or not users will be able to share images via SMS

Enter your SMS body. For example: “Thanks for coming! Here’s your photo.”

Once SMS sharing is enabled, you have the option to lock or unlock the country code. This means that if there are international guests at your event, they will still be able to receive their images via SMS.
Note: Text messaging providers are likely to charge different rates per SMS for international numbers.
