A Survey or Quiz can be added to the beginning of a session to gather data of many types. To enable a survey or quiz check the box at the bottom of the
Text tab marked
Enable Survey. This will open a dialog where you can create or edit an existing one. You can choose a survey or a quiz, the big difference is a Quiz has a correct answer and a survey does not. Once you start a new survey or quiz you can enter the question (figure 1) and the question type (figure 2) and the choices (figure 3). Question types can be Check boxes, Multiple Choice, Date, email, scale, text, message, True/False, and yes or no. If it is a quiz you also enter the correct answer. Survey and quiz results can be exported in the
Wrap Up tab as a PDF but for more detail all data is saved as a SQlite database named Survey.db in the event folder. SQlite databases can be opened with any number of free views available like
DB Browser for SQlite.
