"Unable to load licensing module" Error Caused by a Recent Windows Update
To run the patch below:
Download FixWmic.exe to a local folder
Browse to the file in Windows File Explorer
Right-click on the file FixWmic.exe and select
Run As Administrator
If you are not running Windows 10 and get this error visit this page.

The error message indicates that another software is using that port and so Booth cant access it. You will need to close that software
