"Unable to load licensing module" Error Caused by a Recent Windows Update

To run the patch below:

Download FixWmic.exe to a local folder

Browse to the file in Windows File Explorer

Right-click on the file FixWmic.exe and select Run As Administrator

This issue should not affect the majority of users.

If this is not the cause, it should do nothing if the computer does not have the issue.
