Updating Template Graphics Based on Survey Results

In the graphic below you can see that it will choose between 3 different graphics based on the users choice in a survey.

The graphics are applied via a graphics list in a the print template.

The options will match up with the graphics based on their order in the list.

Note* This option will not update on the screen template
