Documentation

  1. The SharedMedia folder is a special folder for storage of any files referenced from a Darkroom Booth Screen our Output template.
  2. Files within the SharedMedia folder will NOT be embedded within a .XBDR Screen or Output template file.
  3. Files within the SharedMedia folder must be manually copied to other computers to share templates.
  4. Use this folder for any file such as a logo which you would like to easily replace without re-saving the template.
  5. Another use is for large video files which are shared between multiple templates--to reduce the size of each template.
  6. You may also create subfolders beneath X:\SharedMedia to help manage files.
  7. By default, graphic files are always embedded within Output Templates.
  8. Graphic, sound, video, and HTML files are embedded within Screen Templates only when you Save Settings into the template.
