When does it crash?
After one or more sessions.
Step 1. Make sure you are on the latest version of Darkroom Booth
Step 2. Check your print queue to see if you have any pending jobs that may be causing a logjam.
Step 3. Try using one of the sample events and only select the option to print.
Step 4. If this works duplicate the event and then add your print and screen template.
This will allow us to test the templates. Sometimes bad or corrupt graphics will cause an issue when rendering the file. This is common for graphics that are found via a search engine rather than purchase from a reputable site. If it fails when you add the template try re-saving and re-added the graphic or replacing the graphic.
Step 5. If that continues to work try adding the other output options that you were using be sure to double check and test each one.
Many times an option is enabled but not properly configured. For example, you have your save output set to save to a flash drive that is not plugged in or your email password was changed so the email job will not send.
As soon as you open the software
A1. Hide the Photos folder by renaming it to PhotosHIDE.
Here is the default path for the Photos folder. C:\Users\Public\Documents\Darkroom Booth\Photos
If the software opens without crashing more than likely your issue is a damaged template that was recently added to the software.
A2. Uninstall Darkroom Booth and make sure the program folder has also been removed.
Here is the default location for this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Darkroom Software\Darkroom Booth
Restart the PC and reinstall the software.
A3. Rename the Darkroom Folder in the system registry.
Here is the location of this folder. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Darkroom Software
