Darkroom wants you to be satisfied with our products. If, for any reason, the software you purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 1 week of the date of purchase for a refund of the product price.

Subscription Services

Subscription services may be refunded subject to the following conditions:

Darkroom Event Gallery
  1. A monthly subscription will only be refunded if the request is received within 14 days of the purchase date.
  2. An annual subscription will only be refunded if the request is received within 14 days of the purchase date.
Paid Event Gallery accounts are automatically renewed unless canceled by the account owner. To cancel and Event Gallery account go to settings > plan & billing. Click here to go to Event Gallery settings. 

Apple App Store Products

Darkroom Booth for iPad
Apple App Store subscriptions are controlled by Apple. To cancel a Darkroom Booth for iPad subscription login to the Apple App Store. For more information visit this Apple support page.

Submitting a return/refund request

Please submit a return request by emailing sales@darkroomsoftware.com. Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. The license code must be deactivated before we issue refund. If you purchased the software from one of our authorized resellers, affiliates or photo booth builders, then you must contact that company to process your return. We can only accept returns for product purchased directly from Darkroom Software.
