Do you have a current maintenance plan?
A current maintenance plan is required for this option.
What is the status in the Session tab?
If the icon is red there is an error, if it is gray, it is incomplete. if it is black it has sent.

What build off Darkroom Booth are you using?
Darkroom Phone requires build 3.01.1254 or higher and a current maintenance plan.
Do you have a good internet connection?
A
internet connection is required. if the connection is intermittent or
slow it may result in a failure to send. If that is the case you can use
the Sessions tab to resend the images later.
Does the message send without the image?
This
may be the result of a slower internet connection. If you are using
event gallery, you will want to make sure the images is uploading to the
gallery.
Twilio
Do you have a current maintenance plan?
If you do not have a current maintenance plan you will wan to make sure you have a Event Gallery or Dropbox account adding in Global Settings and configured in the Output menu.
Do you have funds in your Twilio account?
The Twilio option is a 3rd party service that requires funds to be added to your account to be subtracted from as the service is used.
What is the status in the in your Twilio message log?
You can check the Twilio message log to see if there is an error massage.

Are you using Event Gallery?
Does the image upload to Event Gallery? If
not, you will want to make sure the API key is correct in global
settings and the option is enabled and properly configured in the Output
menu.
Are you uploading to Dropbox? If so, does the image upload to Dropbox?
If
the image is not uploading to Dropbox can to make sure the account is
authorized in global settings and the option is enable in the Output
menu. A drop box account is not required with a current maintenance
plan.
Does the message send without the image?
This
may be the result of a slower internet connection. If you are using Event Gallery or Dropbox, you will want to make sure the images is uploading to that service.
Sending Via Email
This is typically a less reliable option, as the receiving carrier is more likely to block massages sent this way to prevent spam. We recommend using Darkroom Phone or Twilio.
