Troubleshooting- My Emails are not sending from Darkroom Booth
Step 1
Is you email account testing "Okay"?
Email Setup Guides
Many email services have a security option that must be enabled in order to connect to Darkroom. Choose your service provider below to find out how to enable this option.
Godaddy-Unfortunately a GoDaddy email will not connect to Darkroom Software.
Step 2
Check to make sure the correct account is selected in the email output option.
Step 3
Are email jobs processing now? Check your print queue to make sure those test jobs have not caused logjam.
If they are all just tests then you should be able to delete the jobs If the password changed and just needed to be updated, they should start processing now. If the account was not set up properly and they are not sending now that it is fixed, unfortunately, this may just be difficult reminder to test thoroughly before you use a new option.
